Birthday Weekend

I turned 31 last week.  I think I'm going to like my 30's.  I celebrated throughout the weekend.  Thursday morning (my bday), Theo and I dropped Madelyn off at preschool then headed to a flower shop to grab flowers for a friend who just had surgery.  Dropped those off at her house, then grabbed some coffee at a Starbucks where my friend Sarah works.  Got my free birthday coffee and a donut for little boy.  Then it was already time to pick up little girl.
That night our friend Pam volunteered to come over and watch the kids while Tim and I went out.  We ended up running a couple errands, picking up my cookie cake that Tim and the kids ordered :) then catching the new movie "Mcfarland USA".  It was really good and clean.
Friday evening we went out to the mall so the kids could play and had my family birthday dinner at Blazin' Onion.
Saturday I got a haircut, went to the park with the kiddos and hubbs and that evening Heather and I went out to see "Into the Woods"..my 2nd time seeing it :).  Love all the music!

Cookie cake!  This is the only thing I ask for my birthday every year :)

This weekend I'm going to Women's Retreat with our church.  Looking forward to a refreshing weekend away!
