Heather was coming in from Seattle at the same time I arrived in Tampa. We met up at the airport to grab our bags, then Tee's mom and dad picked us up. They stay there for 3 months out of the year during winter time up in Michigan. We drove down to Bradenton, dropped off our bags and headed to Myakka to see some gators! Once we got there, we took a tour of the area. Saw some baby, kid and adult gators along with lots of other animals. It was so much fun.
The next couple days we hit up some beaches, found some shells, saw a movie, played putt putt, ate frozen custard, played cards, went to the orange market, caught up on life...and relaxed! We both got pretty bad sunburns, thankfully it's now tanning, but whew, boy, it hurt.

Thanks Tee, momma Sue and papa Tom for being such gracious hosts. And for the hubbs for watching the babies!
While I was gone, the kids had church, preschool, but also ran errands with dad, went to the mall, ate pizza and had their first teeball practice. They loved their special time with daddy!
