When we asked the kids where they wanted their birthday party's this year, they both said the same place.  So we decided to combine it and have it in April this year.  They both invited a few friends and a couple special adults to join them.  Both felt very special and loved and were so excited to celebrate each other!

Easter

We had such a good Easter this year.  The kids are learning more and more about the meaning of Easter and it's so neat to see.  This is the first time since we've been in high school that Tim hasn't been on staff at a church during Easter.  We still kept pretty busy, but it was nice to have a little break. 

On Good Friday, we went to a walk through to see the life and death of Jesus at a local church.  Then stayed for their Good Friday service.  Madelyn made this booklet on the way to and from church that night.  Learning so so much.
